1. Who we are
The Box Courmayeur is operated by Bianco S.r.l. (VAT 01305030072), Rue des Forges 5, 11013 Courmayeur (AO), Italy.
2. The site
The site presents the venue and its formats. Information on nights, times and availability may change: what the venue confirms is what applies.
3. Bookings
Tables and events are booked by phone, WhatsApp or email. A booking is valid only once the venue explicitly confirms it, together with any conditions (deposit, minimum spend, arrival time, cancellation). The venue may decline a request.
4. Tickets
Tickets for the nights are sold on the official Clubbing channel, under that platform's terms of sale.
5. Entry
Entry is allowed from age 16 with a valid ID. Alcohol is not served to anyone under 18. The House rules apply.
6. Liability
The venue is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site, nor for the content of external sites it links to.
7. Law and jurisdiction
Italian law applies. Disputes fall under the Court of Aosta, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
